HeyNura offers reiki sessions. Participation in any energetic healing session is entirely at your own responsibility. These treatments are intended to support and stimulate the body's, mind's, and soul's natural self-healing abilities and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you have any doubts or health concerns, you are advised to consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional. HeyNura cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in a treatment or session.

3. Fees and Payments

Current rates are listed on the website or communicated in advance. Payment can be made via payment request or bank transfer. Payments must be completed no later than the day of the scheduled appointment.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For individual sessions, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.
